Cancellation, refund and ticket policy

Where at least 30 business days’ written notice of cancellation is received by the Chanticleer Lunch, a full refund, less a $50 administration fee, will be provided. No refund will be available for cancellations with fewer than 30 business days’ notice; however you may nominate a substitute delegate to attend, at no additional charge, before the date of the Chanticleer Lunch. We reserve the right to cancel the Chanticleer Lunch at any time, and if this occurs, we will refund the total fee paid.
